One of these days, I'm going to put these in a book.

You guys ever have dreams that require significant effort? I know you do sometimes. K, so I have really random dreams that make no sense whatsoever.

First, some clarifications. I tried to simply go to sleep at 10:30 this evening in hopes of getting back into a routine of getting up before 11 in the morning. So I went to bed early in hopes of doing this. Also, since I just woke up my writing skills are not stellar.

You guys ever have dreams that you exert a lot of effort and assume that it's been, say, like, at least four or five hours? So in my dream, I was attempting to (1) figure out how many times I would have to go around the track to complete a mile and, (2) in order to keep pace, where I would have to be at the one-minute mark.

I had an iPod as a calculator in order to figure these things out.

Sometimes I just don't understand my thought processes while in REM sleep...

I knew that the track was 1/16th of a mile. Being awake, I'm like, duh... 16 times around a 1/16th mile track. DONE! The other question would likely take some calculation, which I appreciate the help I received from this guy, in the dream of course.

I'm simply astounded that I couldn't figure it out. For some reason, I was using the number 9000. Don't ask me why.

I woke up at 12:47am, thinking and almost thinking, "Hey, I deserve it to be morning! Come on!"

To further give evidence to the randomness of my dreams, this morning, I dreamt my parents bought me...

I was absolutely livid. A made the argument (1) I already have a car. (2) I can't drive stick, yet and (3) it's a ridiculous amount of money.

I talked to my dad today and told him about it. He thought it was hilarious. In actuality, a Lamborghini costs 354,000 dollars. In my parents situation, buying one of these would just be stupid.

**What is the past tense of 'to dream'**
