Flight two-four-three to Portland now boarding...

I'm in Phoenix on a layover. We board in five minutes. Going to Portland for cousin's wedding.

After doing a lot of sitting during my first week of grad school (more on that to come later), I thought I would be "at home" in other confined spaces.

It's been a while since I've traveled. And to be honest, I can't remember when I last traveled alone. I really don't know if I've ever traveled alone. Confirmation: I've never traveled alone.

While waiting in the gate at KCI, I caught my first glimpse of CNN in probably three weeks. I've been so out of touch news-wise.

Anyway.

An interesting quote I heard during my "Intensive Week" of classes that has really left me thinking...

"You're most loyal to your biggest fear."

Think about it...


Anyways, the plane just pulled up to the gate, which means I'm posting and powering down.
