Over the weekend, I made green bean casserole for a potluck dinner hosted by a friend who makes a delicous salad.

I didn't use mushrooms though. Also made some cooked carrots, which actually didn't turn out as good as I'd liked. Not sweet enough.

I've been reading Saint Augustine Confessions.










This stuff is so rich and heavy that after only ten pages, I have to stop and process what I just read.

It's also my belief that this generation is less able to focus attention on one task for an extended period of time, especially when it comes to reading. Cliffnotes, aka, "books" for people who don't read books.


When and if I write a book, I will write it from here.


Not during winter though.
